Job Description
Top AJ100, and award-winning studio are currently looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join their highly collaborative ranks. This opportunity would give the successful applicant the support and development to take their architectural design experience to the next level, learning and collaborating with some of the best architects globally. You will be involved in career defining and impactful projects predominately within the aviation / wider transportation sector and the opportunity to work among other notable projects both locally and internationally throughout all stages of design.
Job Description
- Work collaboratively within an award winning team on large-scale projects both locally and internationally throughout
- Work from design stages 3-5, developing design iterations for review
- Complete client presentations
- Deliver design & access statements, feasibility studies, conceptual sketch designs, and 3D modelling
- Draft drawing packages in Revit
- Attend design critiques and design team meetings in studio and remotely
- Produce detailed information for building control and tender purposes
Key skills
- Demonstrable experience working on large scale projects / predominately within transportation
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Rhino modelling and Grasshopper experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong design ability showcased in portfolio
- Ambitions to join a world famous studio
- Strong communication and team skills
