Role Summary: Scalata seeks a highly accomplished and results-oriented Head of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives targeting Banks and Institutional Investors. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and nurturing high-level relationships within target client organizations, and driving significant revenue growth through the adoption of Scalata's cutting-edge generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with banks and institutional investors.
- Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the sales targets for the banking and institutional investor segment.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives (including C-suite) within client organizations.
- Market Analysis & Solution Development: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, regulatory shifts, and client needs.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly articulate Scalata's unique value proposition, focusing on the benefits of our generative AI platform.
