Overview:
We\’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS business helping some of the worldβs best-known brands transform their digital content and commerce experiences. With recent expansion and ongoing momentum, they\’re now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and efficiency to their GTM engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to support GTM performance visibility
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting and pipeline accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Manage and optimise the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, and related platforms
- Support annual planning, territory design, and quota setting with data and insight
- Drive operational excellence and act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role within B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Salesforce (admin-level knowledge is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting sales teams and leadership with data and insight
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
