Sales Operations Manager Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid β 1 day/week in office)
We\’re hiring on behalf of a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS business helping some of the worldβs best-known brands transform their digital content and commerce experiences. With recent expansion and ongoing momentum, they\’re now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and efficiency to their GTM engine.
Build and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to support GTM performance visibility
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting and pipeline accuracy
Manage and optimise the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, and related platforms
Support annual planning, territory design, and quota setting with data and insight
Drive operational excellence and act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role within B2B SaaS
~ Proficiency in Salesforce (admin-level knowledge is a plus)
~ Experience supporting sales teams and leadership with data and insight
