We’re partnered with a leading ServiceNow consultancy that helps some of the world’s largest organisations reimagine their operations using cutting-edge tech. With a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations, automation, and process transformation, this business is growing fast – and they’re now building out a London-based outbound sales team to take things to the next level.
The role: As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the engine of the sales team – proactively reaching out to enterprise prospects, opening doors with the right stakeholders, and booking meetings for senior sales leads. You’ll be targeting industries like financial services, public sector, and large corporates – speaking the language of digital transformation, automation, and operational efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospecting and outbound outreach into enterprise accounts
- Generating qualified leads and booking meetings for the sales team
- Learning how to position a complex consulting and technology offering
- Working closely with marketing and sales leadership to optimise outreach
- Tracking activity and pipeline via HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
What we’re looking for:
- 6–24 months experience in outbound B2B sales (BDR/SDR or similar)
- Exposure to tech/SaaS/consulting sales is ideal
- Grit, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and communication
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders at enterprise companies
- Based in or near London – able to work from the office a few days a week
