As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Advanced Scaffolder who is ready to take the next step in their career and move into a supervisory role.
Role Overview
You will lead scaffolding teams across projects, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of all works, with a strong focus on health & safety, team leadership, and client communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced scaffolder looking to develop into a long-term leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise scaffolding teams on-site
- Coordinate with Contracts Managers and Site Managers to deliver programmes on time
- Ensure all scaffolding work meets TG20 and SG4 guidance and company standards
- Carry out toolbox talks, safety checks, and risk assessments
- Assist with planning and organising scaffolding works (materials, logistics, manpower)
- Mentor junior scaffolders and apprentices
- Act as a point of contact for clients and site representatives
- Maintain accurate site paperwork and daily reporting
Requirements
- CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card (Essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in scaffolding, with recent site leadership experience
- Valid Driving Licence
- Strong knowledge of TG20:21, SG4:22, and current H&S legislation
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and represent the company professionally
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (desirable – or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid at Work (desirable)
