Flexible rota-based shifts available Monday to Sunday (alternate weekends).

We are expanding our home care team in Southampton, and we are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join us - particularly in SO15 and SO16 where your support is needed most.

At the heart of what we do is continuity of care - ensuring our clients see familiar faces and receive consistent, high-quality support. Right now, we are growing to strengthen our team and reduce reliance on temporary staff, meaning you will play a key role in improving care stability and client wellbeing from day one.

Shifts Available

  • Weekend Shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Saturday & Sunday) where demand is highest
  • Early mornings (07:00-10:00) our busiest and most critical care window
  • Flexible weekday hours also available

What We Are Looking For

  • Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work weekends and/or early mornings
  • No previous care experience required; full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.

  • Help with medication, meals, and companionship
