We are currently recruiting Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team at Barfields Court in Lymington. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding career in health and social care, we would love to hear from you. Full training is provided and guaranteed hours may be available.
Shift Patterns Available:
- 2 or 3 Night shifts per week: 21:00 - 07:00
- Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required
About the Role:
As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
