THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and commercially aware Registered Manager to lead, strengthen and grow our Southampton Home Care service. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a proven leader who thrives on challenge, embraces accountability and has successfully led high-quality domiciliary care services through growth, development and change. The successful candidate will build on our strong foundations, driving sustainable growth, developing a high performing team and maintaining excellent quality outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide visible, values-driven leadership to the Southampton Home Care service.
- Drive sustainable service growth through business development and community engagement.
- Take ownership of service performance against quality, staffing and growth objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and quality standards.
- Lead, develop and inspire care and office-based teams.
- Lead through challenge and change, implementing service improvements.
- Participate in the on-call rota.
- Provide governance oversight to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management and continuous service improvement.
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced Registered Manager with a strong domiciliary care background.
- Proven record of delivering high-quality services and positive regulatory outcomes.
- Experience growing services and improving operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Commercially aware, resilient and solutions-focused.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
