We are currently recruiting a Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Winfrid House in Totton. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding career in health and social care, we would love to hear from you. Full training is provided and guaranteed hours may be available.

Shift Patterns Available:

  • Morning shifts: 07:00 - 14:00
  • Evening shifts: 16:00 - 21:00
  • Long day shifts (with a 1-hour break)
  • Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required

About the Role

As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
