About You
You dont need formal qualifications
just empathy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. If you bring the right values, well provide all the training and support you need. Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
You must have:
A full, valid UK driving licence
Access to your own car with business insurance

Encouraging independence and supporting with daily routines
Assisting with personal care, meals, and medication
Helping with household tasks and joining in everyday activities
Providing companionship, laughter, and emotional support

This role requires an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, which will be obtained for you by SCA.
