We are expanding our home care team in Southampton, particularly in SO15 and SO16 where your support is needed most.
At the heart of what we do is continuity of care - ensuring our clients see familiar faces and receive consistent, high-quality support.
Right now, we are growing to strengthen our team and reduce reliance on temporary staff, meaning you'll play a key role in improving care stability and client wellbeing from day one.

Shifts Available:
- Weekend Shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Saturday & Sunday) where demand is highest
- Early mornings (07:00-10:00) our busiest and most critical care window
- Flexible weekday hours also available
