Trade Marketing Executive – £40,000 pa + Benefits Essex – Office Based Role We are looking for an ambitious Trade Marketing Executive ready to learn from the best, develop on the job and take ownership of retail partnerships!! The Role As Trade Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of an exciting brand across all retail channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies that ensure consistent messaging, maximise brand visibility, and enhance retailer relationships. In this high-profile role, you'll work closely with an experienced Trade Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and the chance to develop into a leadership role. We'd love to hear from you if you're creative, collaborative, and eager to make a real impact! Responsibilities Support the Trade Marketing Manager in developing and executing strategies that boost brand visibility and retailer engagement. Build strong relationships with retail partners, tailoring marketing initiatives to meet their needs and enhance performance. Assist in planning product launches, promotions, and in-store activations that create buzz and drive sales. Work with internal creative teams to develop eye-catching point-of-sale materials and merchandising tools. Measure campaign success using KPIs, sales data, and shopper insights to continuously optimise trade marketing efforts. Help manage marketing budgets, ensuring impactful and cost-effective marketing solutions. What We're Looking For A passion for marketing and brand development within retail environments.
