Head of Marketing – Hertfordshire – Office Based £50,000 – £60,000 DOE This Head of Marketing role will suit an experienced marketing professional who has experience driving brand awareness through impactful campaigns and strategies for B2B and DTC in the UK and global markets. We are thrilled to partner with one of our longest-standing clients, who is expanding their marketing team with a senior role. As Head of Marketing, you’ll create and execute marketing strategies to boost the brand’s market presence and achieve business goals. This is a key role. As Head of Marketing, you will report directly to the Managing Director and fully own the marketing strategy. You’ll manage annual marketing budgets, build a calendar of impactful campaigns, and lead a team spanning marketing, web, and customer service. With a mix of B2B and DTC channels, you’ll develop cross-promotional strategies that maintain brand consistency while addressing diverse audience needs. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for new and existing products to drive revenue growth. Brand Awareness Define and enhance brand identity for UK and Global markets, incorporating sponsorships and e-commerce initiatives. Campaign Management Design and deliver impactful above-the-line, below-the-line, and live event campaigns tailored to both B2B and DTC audiences. Monitor and optimise campaign performance to meet marketing objectives. Social Media Management Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Budgeting and Reporting Set and manage annual budgets, track campaign performance using KPIs, and present regular reports to the leadership team. Analysis, Reporting and Optimisation Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights for future improvements. Provide the Senior Management team with regular and ad hoc marketing reports. External Relationships Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and agencies.
