A broad, high-impact role that covers brand strategy, retail, trade & consumer marketing, digital campaigns, activations, influencer marketing, and more. You will fully own the marketing roadmap, working directly with the CEO & Commercial Director and leading a team to create disruptive campaigns that ignite consumer demand.

This role is perfect for someone who thinks big, acts fast, and isn't afraid to push boundaries.\\n\\nWhat You'll Be Doing\\n\\nLead a brand refresh to modernise and align with top competitors.\\n\\t\\nDevelop brand awareness and execute cool, high-impact activation campaigns across all channels.\\n\\t\\nDefine the B2B and DTC marketing approach for retail, wholesale, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer.\\n\\t\\nProvide retailers with marketing activations and assets to drive sell-through.\\n\\t\\nOversee Amazon marketing, social media strategy, and influencer collaborations to increase engagement.\\n\\t\\nLaunch Creative Campaigns & exciting activations that generate a frenzy of interest in the brand.\\n\\t\\nBuild relationships and partnerships with brand ambassadors, media, and influencers.\\n\\t\\nOwn the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.\\n\\t\\nBe the Brand Voice, represent the brand externally, and champion its growth internally.\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\nProven track record in leading brand strategy, rebranding, and product marketing for a consumer goods brand.\\n\\t\\nExperience managing multi-channel marketing – retail, wholesale, Amazon, social media, DTC.\\n\\t\\nCreative and commercially driven balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing.\\n\\t\\nExperience in retail & trade marketing, working with retailers to deliver strong in-store and online activations.\\n\\t\\nFast-paced & high-energy mindset – you thrive in a dynamic environment and get things done.\\n\\t\\nAmbitious & strategic, ready to own the marketing strategy and grow into a Marketing Director role.\\n\\nWhat's on offer\\n\\nBe at the forefront of a brand transformation – rebrand, refresh, and elevate an already successful company.\\n\\t\\nWork directly with the CEO & Commercial Director and make real, high-impact decisions.\\n\\t\\nYou will have full autonomy to own the marketing function and shape the brand's future.\\n\\t\\nJoin a company on the rise with big ambitions as this category continues to grow dramatically!\\n\\nAre you ready to have autonomy to take ownership of the marketing and communications strategy, be creative, and change this brand's legacy?
