We’re on the lookout for a Buying Admin Assistant to join a fast-paced, creative team that designs and delivers trend-led lifestyle, luxury, or fashion collections across the UK and internationally. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Buying Team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Managing and updating product records across internal systems
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm orders and resolve any queries
- Helping prepare seasonal product range plans and sales reports
- Organising product data, imagery, and samples ahead of new launches
- Ensuring accurate pricing is maintained and uploaded to internal systems
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Super organised with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
