We’re looking for a Senior Digital Campaign Designer to join a fast-paced, creative team that delivers high-quality campaigns across multiple channels. This role is all about bringing campaign ideas to life & not brand creation. You’ll be working on paid social, display, CRM and digital content, producing impactful creative at pace and at scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Rolling out digital campaigns across paid social, display, web and CRM
  • Designing high-volume, high-quality assets across formats and platforms
  • Adapting creative for different audiences, placements and performance needs
  • Working from campaign briefs focused on strategy, audience and objectives
  • Collaborating with marketing, performance and creative teams
  • Iterating and refining the creative based on feedback and campaign results

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital or campaign-focused design roles
  • Strong portfolio showing campaign rollout across multiple channels
  • Excellent layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills
  • Confidence working within existing brand systems
  • Experience delivering creative at speed and scale
  • Good understanding of digital formats and platform requirements
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Experience designing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Exposure to performance marketing / optimisation
  • Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects)
  • Experienced working with Figma and digital workflows
