Product Marketing Manager

Braintree, Essex – Hybrid – Three Days Office & Two Days Remote

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our successful client and play a pivotal role in their marketing function. You will work closely with their commercial & NPD teams, leading branded initiatives and selected own-label projects that require marketing input. A fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of product marketing and brand development within a dynamic business that has heavily invested in a roadmap for growth & expansion.

Office-based three days a week and the option to work remotely two days a week. Due to location, you will need to drive!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio.
  • Conduct product gap analysis and range reviews, working with NPD to launch new products.
  • Manage branded and private-label packaging design, artwork, and marketing assets.
  • Create content for social media (Instagram, Facebook), including influencer collaborations.
  • Drive new social initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns to boost brand engagement.
  • Develop brand communications, including trade adverts, literature, and POS materials.
  • Plan and coordinate trade exhibitions and customer events.
  • Support sales teams with market insights, tracking brand performance, and competitor analysis.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • You will have demonstrable experience in marketing principles, brand development, and consumer trends.
  • Have previous experience in FMCG product management, shopper marketing, customer marketing, or brand activation. UK retail trade experience is highly preferred.
  • You will have the ability to generate engaging marketing content and campaigns.
  • You will be confident managing social media, and if you have experience in SEO this will be a plus.
  • You will be a self-starter and comfortable working independently and collaboratively with remote teams. Willingness to travel when required.
