We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic marketing executive with a passion for creating exciting and eye-catching social media campaigns combined with strong analytical skills to continually review & make recommendations on campaign activity to continue developing their marketing career and support our client's entire organisation in executing their digital marketing strategy.
Day-to-day, you will be…
- Developing & executing social media strategies to drive online presence and promote brand visibility across various platforms.
- Recycle and repurpose content tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
- Create engaging content & execute email marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring performance & implementing optimisations across the digital activity.
- Implementing strategies for paid media campaigns.
- Creating and delivering content for website and blog posts.
- Content management for posts, videos, infographics and other multimedia assets.
- Using benchmarking insights to research the competitor market and consumer behaviour.
- Generating regular reports to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Support the management of outsourced marketing agencies.
- Assisting in the organising of internal and external events.
To be successful, you must have…
- Experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.
- Proficient in using social media tools, analytics platforms and content creation software.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once & work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Chelmsford, Essex—MUST DRIVE due to location!! The work-from-home structure is one day a week.
