- Build National Youth Academies: You will design, launch, and scale a nationwide academy system to identify and develop young talent across the UK and internationally. You will create inspiring environments where emerging athletes and their parents feel supported and valued.
- Nurture Grassroots Talent & Families: More than just identifying talent, you will build structures that genuinely support youth progression, including mentoring pathways, family engagement, digital touchpoints, and regional programmes that ensure no young star is left behind.
- Represent the brand on the Global Stage: Be the face of the brand at national and international events, working with governing bodies, supporting players and their management teams, and leading brand activations to ensure our professional presence matches our grassroots efforts.
- Lead Partnerships & Sponsorships: Drive growth of sports partnerships and activate sponsorships that bring the brand vision to life—from digital integration to live events—with creativity, credibility, and commercial acumen.
