Overview

HR Manager – ER & Process Specialist for an international client. The role reports to the HR Director and focuses on Employee Relations (ER) and recruitment workload, with a hands-on, process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own ER casework from start to finish, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees
  • Run full recruitment campaigns, from writing adverts to onboarding
  • Keep HR policies, contracts, and processes compliant and up to date
  • Support health & safety and facilities matters
  • Review and improve existing HR processes and documentation trails— streamline for efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records so HR files are audit-ready

About You / Qualifications

  • Currently an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Officer seeking your first management role
  • Confident in managing disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations
  • Process-driven with strong documentation and compliance skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety and/or facilities management is useful
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred or working towards
  • Comfortable in a straight-talking, results-driven environment
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a flat, hands-on structure
