We are hiring a Senior Designer to join our client's in-house Creative Studio — a key role for someone who wants to shape the visual identity and storytelling of a brand that refuses to stand still.

The Role
This is a pivotal hire within our client's Creative Team — a senior role that will directly influence the brand's visual identity, product storytelling and digital experience. You will work across product, digital, retail and campaign touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels premium, cohesive and unmistakably "us." We are looking for someone with 10+ years' experience, a systematic approach to design, and the ability to turn strategy into stunning creative that elevates the brand globally.
What You Will Be Doing
- Champion and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels.
- Create compelling product, launch and campaign storytelling with exceptional craft and attention to detail.
- Lead digital design output, including web, social, email, landing pages and digital campaigns.
- Apply user-centric design principles to improve clarity, usability and engagement across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Ecommerce to optimise digital journeys and elevate customer experience.
- Design packaging, product graphics and supporting materials in partnership with Product Development.
- Translate concepts and briefs into visually rich, commercially effective design solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with Copywriting, Product, Sales and Marketing to build complete creative asset packs.
- Maintain organised, scalable design systems while taking ownership of quality across all projects.
- Present polished, rationale-driven design work and proactively identify opportunities to elevate creative output.
Technical Skills & Design Craft
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma.
- Strong command of design systems, hierarchy, layout and typography.
- Clear, confident rationale behind every design decision.
- Versatile across packaging, POS, digital campaigns, social, email, exhibitions and launch assets.
- Up-to-date with modern design trends, tools and techniques.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Works confidently within brand guidelines while knowing when to push boundaries.
About You
- 10+ years in brand or agency environments with a standout portfolio.
- Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional digital design skills.
- Skilled at turning briefs into polished, creative, commercially effective work.
- Detail-driven, organised and passionate about brand consistency.
- Experience in product-led or lifestyle brands is a bonus.
- Naturally knows what "good" looks like — and always pushes for better.
