We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Inventory & Demand Planner to join a successful global business operating across manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and DTC channels. This is a key role within the supply chain team, responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels through accurate forecasting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business inputs
- Analyse forecast vs actual performance and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance availability and working capital
- Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, finance, operations, and supply chain
- Identify risks, stock issues, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
- Support the continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning
- Strong Excel skills (ability to manage and interpret large datasets essential)
- Experience working with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment
