We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Inventory & Demand Planner to join a successful global business operating across manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and DTC channels. This is a key role within the supply chain team, responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels through accurate forecasting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business inputs
  • Analyse forecast vs actual performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance availability and working capital
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, finance, operations, and supply chain
  • Identify risks, stock issues, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
  • Support the continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning
  • Strong Excel skills (ability to manage and interpret large datasets essential)
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics) preferred
