- Previous people management and leadership experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence senior leadership
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed
Industry experience is not essential.
We\'re far more interested in transferable ecommerce expertise, commercial capability and leadership credentials than a specific sector background.
Why Join?
- Opportunity to shape ecommerce strategy from the ground up
- Significant autonomy and ownership
- Rapidly growing business with acquisition-led growth plans
- International expansion opportunities
- Genuine career progression as the organisation scales
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
- Salary up to £70,000
