I'm working with a global consumer brand to hire a Digital Designer who specialises in campaign-led digital creative. This role sits within a high-performing team led by an experienced Creative Director, working alongside designers, 3D designers, and artworkers - but this hire is specifically focused on digital.

We're looking for a designer who:

  • Lives and breathes digital media
  • Understands how design drives engagement, clicks, and performance
  • Thinks in terms of users, journeys, and conversion - not just visuals
  • Can take a concept and execute it across multiple digital channels at pace

What you'll be doing:

  • Rolling out campaigns across:
    • Paid social (Meta, TikTok)
    • Display & digital ads
    • Web & CRM/email
  • Producing high-volume, high-quality creative
  • Adapting assets based on performance and data
  • Working closely with marketing & performance teams

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in digital campaign execution
  • A portfolio showing:
    • Paid social ads
    • Display campaigns
    • Multi-channel rollouts (not just brand work)
  • Ability to work quickly without losing quality
  • Understanding of how creative drives engagement and conversion

Not the right fit if:

  • Your work is mainly branding, packaging or print
  • You don't have experience in campaign rollouts at scale

Great opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment with constant campaigns, product launches, and digital activity. Message me if interested – we are shortlisting now for interviews – don't wait and miss out.
