We're recruiting for a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join the UK customer experience team of an established DTC brand. What you'll be doing:
- You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product enquiries, order updates, deliveries, returns and general support.
- Most customer interactions are handled via email, alongside some telephone support, making this an ideal role for someone with excellent written communication skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
- Working across the whole business, you'll help ensure every customer receives a fast, positive and professional experience.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in customer service, customer care, customer support or customer experience
- Strong written communication skills
- A positive, empathetic and professional approach
- Good problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM, customer service or ticketing systems is beneficial
