As our client’s business continues to scale, we are hiring an energetic internal Account Manager to join a friendly customer service team, take ownership of national and regional customers and serve as a key link between Sales, Operations, and the Warehouse. You’ll sit at the heart of a well-established operation that’s growing quickly, working with retailers, wholesalers, and trade partners to ensure orders are managed end‑to‑end, accurately, efficiently and with a proactive, commercial mindset. As volumes increase, this role will naturally evolve. It’s an opportunity to build credibility, improve processes, and grow your career with an ambitious, expanding business.
Requirements:
- Has experience working with B2B customers, ideally managing sales orders and customer queries
- Ideally has experience working with manufactured products and physical stock
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware
- Can confidently communicate with internal teams and external customers
- Enjoys taking ownership and contributing ideas to improve how things are done
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process B2B trade and wholesale orders from national and regional customers
- Own the order-to-despatch lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, prioritisation and clear communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for trade customers, providing updates, resolving queries and building relationships
- Ensure orders are accurately recorded and managed through the ERP system
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Operations to ensure smooth pick, pack, dispatch, and invoicing
- Support the Sales team with quotes, proposals, presentations and trade activity
- Maintain accurate customer and order data, producing reports where required
- Liaise cross-functionally to ensure trade orders are executed seamlessly
- Assist with trade events or trade show logistics when needed
