A global brand is searching for a
European Country Manager
to drive the expansion of one of its flagship international brands across the UK and European markets. This is a pivotal
commercial leadership role
, acting as the No. 2 to Country Managing Director while leading the brand\’s regional team from the company\’s UK headquarters. This is a rare opportunity to own strategy, sales, marketing, and team leadership for a high-growth consumer brand with huge European potential. You must be able to drive and be happy working on-site.

What you\’ll lead

• Build and execute the UK & European commercial growth strategy
• Develop pricing, market positioning and go-to-market plans for product launches
• Drive sales performance across retail, distribution, and online channels
• Expand into new markets, partners, and revenue streams across Europe
• Lead, mentor and develop a small European commercial & marketing team
• Strengthen brand presence, visibility, and engagement across the region
• Act as the key link between the UK base and senior leadership across the globe
• Identify new growth levers, opportunities, and strategic partnerships

What you bring

• 7+ years in a senior commercial, sales, or country management role
• Experience in
  consumer brands, sports, sporting goods, lifestyle, or retail distribution
• Strong retailer/distributor network knowledge in the UK & Europe
• Proven experience scaling brands and launching products into new markets
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on commercial drive
• Passion for sport or active lifestyle industries is a strong advantage
