Are you experienced in overseeing the elements of the product development lifecycle? We are excited to partner with our client, where the consumer product is at the heart of their business, to hire a driven Product Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the design team and play a pivotal part in driving the product planning for licensed ranges across the business, contributing significantly to their success.
As Product Manager, you will analyse customer needs and market trends to maximise ROI. You will assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation. You will collaborate closely with the designers throughout the process and develop product briefs to guide the design teams in a clear direction. You’ll play a vital role in developing licensed ranges from concept to launch, collaborating with key global licensors and market-leading licensees.
We are looking for someone with solid product development experience and will consider applications of those currently in a junior development role looking to step up!
What will you be doing?
- Driving the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from research to launch.
- Creating comprehensive product briefs detailing business cases, technical requirements, and commercials.
- Utilising sales data to develop future product planning strategies.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
- Maintaining Critical Path across multiple categories.
Required Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of product management experience, including project management.
- Proven success in fast-paced product management roles.
- Experience collaborating with licensors, licensees, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong understanding of product planning, commercials, and forecasting.
