As our client’s business continues to scale, we are hiring an energetic internal Account Manager to join a friendly customer service team, take ownership of national and regional customers and serve as a key link between Sales, Operations, and the Warehouse. You’ll sit at the heart of a well-established operation that’s growing quickly, working with retailers, wholesalers, and trade partners to ensure orders are managed end‑to‑end, accurately, efficiently and with a proactive, commercial mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process B2B trade and wholesale orders from national and regional customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for trade customers, providing updates, resolving queries and building relationships.
- Work closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Operations to ensure smooth pick, pack, dispatch, and invoicing.
- Support the Sales team with quotes, proposals, presentations and trade activity.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data, producing reports where required.
