Are you a digital designer who can take a big creative idea and seamlessly execute it across every digital touchpoint? We are looking for a Digital Designer with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional execution skills across paid social, digital advertising, and content platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can take a campaign from a central creative concept or key art and intelligently adapt it across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, display, web, and CRM channels while maintaining impact, consistency, and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Strong digital portfolio showcasing campaign work across multiple platforms.
- Experience developing and adapting campaign key art for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Display Advertising
- Landing Pages & Web
- Understanding of:
- Digital advertising formats
- Social-first storytelling
- Motion design and animation
- User journey thinking
- Campaign hierarchy and messaging
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and ideally Figma.
- Ability to explain not just what you’ve designed, but why you’ve adapted creatively differently for each platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop campaign creative across digital channels and platforms.
- Translate master campaign assets into channel-specific executions.
- Create engaging static, animated and video-led assets.
- Understand how user behaviour differs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and display environments.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure creative ideas are delivered effectively across the full customer journey.
- Lead on digital asset creation from concept development through to final delivery.
- Champion best practice for social-first and platform-native creative.
What Great Looks Like
We are looking for a designer who understands that creating a strong key visual is only the starting point. For example, if tasked with developing a Black Friday campaign, we’d expect someone to:
- Create a compelling master campaign asset.
- Consider how the creative evolves across TikTok, YouTube, Meta and Display.
- Adapt messaging, pacing, motion and hierarchy to suit each platform.
- Think about customer behaviour and the journey from awareness through to conversion.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking behind every execution.
What's on Offer
You’ll work on exciting retail and promotional campaigns where creative effectiveness is just as important as visual craft. We want someone who can bridge the gap between concept and execution and bring digital campaigns to life across every customer touchpoint.
