Key Role Feature: Support the day-to-day running and maintenance management across the ecommerce platforms.
Our client is scaling fast, and so is their eCommerce team. This is your chance to join an ambitious and standout brand as it continues to take over its market! As Ecommerce Executive, you'll support the management and ongoing development of our DTC and upcoming D2C and B2B websites - pivotal in driving sales and improving the on-site experience across our platforms.
The Ecommerce Executive will:
- Manage Product Listings by ensuring new and existing products are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for performance across all websites.
- Manage and update website content, including home pages, product and collection pages, landing pages, blogs, and more.
- Actively merchandise the websites to ensure bestsellers are highlighted, and slow-moving products are managed effectively in line with inventory.
- Execute SEO strategies across all websites in multiple geographies to enhance organic traffic.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and AOV and promote up-selling across the platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring performance is maximised across email marketing campaigns.
- Regularly report website performance against KPIs and competitors, ensuring the websites constantly improve.
The Ecommerce Executive will need:
- Ecommerce proven experience with hands-on experience managing and updating e-commerce platforms - Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
- Strong SEO skills and the ability to craft engaging SEO copy to maximise customer conversions - SEMrush is a bonus.
- UX Knowledge - awareness of the latest UX trends, the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make informed, data-driven decisions (GA4 experience is a bonus).
- Experienced in performance marketing and email marketing strategies.
- Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS is a bonus, enabling you to make quick adjustments as needed.
