We’re partnering with a much-loved sporting goods manufacturer with a proud heritage and a strong ambition: to take their direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce channel to the next level.
As Senior E-Commerce Manager, you’ll take full ownership of their D2C website and drive performance, strategy and growth. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role with full P&L responsibility, team leadership and the freedom to shape a 3-year growth roadmap.
You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and operations, leading the day-to-day management of the ecommerce business, driving performance across digital channels, and optimising customer experience.
You’ll thrive here if you enjoy making decisions fast, working in the office alongside a tight-knit team, and building something with real momentum. This is not a maintenance role—it’s about growth, ownership and impact.
We’re looking for someone who has:
Successfully scaled a D2C channel (UK + International)
Strong commercial acumen and ecommerce trading experience
Digital marketing know-how (PPC, SEO, CRO, CRM, affiliates)
Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
A track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
Confidence owning performance and reporting to the board
Based full-time onsite to maximise collaboration and trading responsiveness.
