We’re hiring a Customer Service Administrator in South London for a full-time, 6–12 month FTC office-based position with a salary of £28,000 – £29,000, starting in July.

You'll be the key point of contact for B2B customers—managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling customer queries with accuracy and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Communicating with 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Raising invoices and managing delivery documentation
- Tracking stock and receipting incoming goods
- Handling queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Managing customer complaints and providing solutions
- Supporting the wider operations team during peak periods
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly
