We’re hiring a Customer Service Administrator in South London for a full-time, 6–12 month FTC office-based position with a salary of £28,000 – £29,000, starting in July.

We’re working with a fantastic company in the distribution & logistics sector that’s looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering smooth customer experiences. You'll be the key point of contact for B2B customers—managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and handling customer queries with accuracy and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems
  • Communicating with 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries
  • Raising invoices and managing delivery documentation
  • Tracking stock and receipting incoming goods
  • Handling queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Managing customer complaints and providing solutions
  • Supporting the wider operations team during peak periods
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks to keep processes running smoothly
