We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, highly innovative global business to hire a Demand & Inventory Planner to join its collaborative, forward-thinking supply chain team. This role sits within a complex, omnichannel operation spanning manufacturing, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and DTC, offering significant exposure and career growth. You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Supply Chain, an experienced and highly credible leader known for developing talent and giving people real ownership.

This is not a “sit and maintain spreadsheets” role. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right stock is available across all channels — balancing availability, growth, and cost.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can bring structure to data
  • Spots problems early and takes ownership to fix them
  • Understands why decisions matter, not just how to execute them
  • Thinks commercially about stock, demand, and business impact

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and improving demand forecasts at SKU level
  • Analysing data to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Managing stock levels across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, suppliers, and sales teams
  • Improving forecasting accuracy and inventory performance
  • Supporting decision-making through clear data insights

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain
  • Strong Excel skills (ability to organise and interpret complex data is key)
  • A problem-solving mindset - you don’t just report issues, you fix them
  • Someone who can demonstrate:
    • Initiative
    • Learning from failure
    • Continuous improvement
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Industry background is flexible - this is a data-led role, so we are open to talent from a variety of sectors.

Why join?

  • Work in a high-growth, global business
  • Huge opportunity to develop your career in supply chain & planning
  • Exposure to a complex, multi-channel operation
  • A supportive, hands-on team that encourages ambition
  • Real opportunity to make an impact, not just maintain processes

If you’re someone who enjoys bringing order, spotting opportunities in data, and taking ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
