We're recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist / Front of House professional for a 6-month FTC at the London Global HQ of an award-winning, internationally recognised professional services firm. Shifts flex between 7am–7pm across Wednesday, Friday and Friday — with the occasional overtime opportunity if you want it. This is front of house reception done properly. Think hotel-style concierge service, seamless meeting room coordination, and being the face that every client remembers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Meeting and greeting clients to a genuinely world-class standard — in person and virtually
  • Running a hotel-style concierge service (taxis, restaurant recommendations, the works)
  • Coordinating meeting rooms end-to-end: bookings, catering, AV, and all requirements
  • Being the go-to expert for key client meetings and events
  • Liaising with facilities, catering and tech teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Supporting the events and business development teams
  • Keeping all client areas immaculate and beautifully presented
  • Handling booking conflicts and competing demands with calm professionalism

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous corporate reception experience
  • Strong communicator at all levels
  • Confident MS Office user
  • Experience with a hospitality/booking system (Condeco or Eptura ideal)
  • Cool under pressure and great at building instant rapport

You'll be someone who genuinely loves the front of house environment — proactive, polished, and passionate about the detail.
