Already working in a law firm and wondering what the next step could look like? I’m recruiting a Practice Support Assistant for a leading City law firm, and I think this is a particularly good opportunity for someone who has already gained some legal support/administration experience but wants a role with more breadth, exposure and opportunity to develop.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative Practice Support function, supporting lawyers and the wider team across:

  • File opening, closing, archiving and document management
  • Client and marketing administration, including CRM updates
  • Diary, meeting room and travel support
  • Events, seminars and conference administration
  • Expenses, billing and financial administration
  • General practice and administrative support
  • Helping the team improve processes and keep things running efficiently

Previous law firm experience is essential for this role. This could suit someone currently working as a Legal Administrator, Team Assistant, Practice Assistant, Junior Legal PA, Administrative Assistant or similar who is ready for their next move.
