If you’ve ever wanted to sit at the real centre of a major law firm — not in theory, but in practice — this is the role. You’ll work directly with the Chair, influence firmwide decisions, shape governance for a partnership of national scale and be treated as a trusted adviser rather than a back‑office function. You’ll manage all constitutional governance, oversee partner lifecycle processes and guide the business through sensitive and strategically important matters.
