Have you recently completed studies within legal secretary subject - CILEX/ILSPA/Pitmans or a BTEC in business administration with legal modules? Do you want to work for a global law firm? As a Team Assistant you will be working in one of the firm's fast-paced and highly regarded practice areas supporting PAs and lawyers with all aspects of admin support ranging from:
- filing and scanning including e-filing
- diary management
- travel management
- assisting with event management and attending events
- assisting with legal document preparation for court and clients
- assisting with expenses and billing
- creating PowerPoint presentations
Please note this is a 5 day a week in the office role and our client can provide a fabulous City based office (near to Moorgate, St Pauls, Liverpool Street station and many others!) and excellent benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, season ticket loan, wellness benefits and a great working environment with lots of internal training!
This is not a role suitable for law graduates looking for paralegal/training contracts.
