My client is seeking an experienced Junior Legal PA or Legal PA/Legal EA who is seeking a firm that will ensure your skills are valued and utilised and encourage growth and progression within your skills.
The firm and practice area has an international reach that is envied throughout the legal industry and you will be involved in all aspects of the practice including:
- Diary and email management and lots of client contact
- Managing the billing process with a commercial eye
- Ensuring documentation is created and amended in a timely manner
- Managing client meeting arrangements including travel arrangements
- Compiling and processing expenses
- Liaising with internal support teams including finance and marketing
