Job Description
Legal PA – 15 month contract
Join a firm where as a new member of their fabulous Legal PA team you will valued from day one and will be making a positive impact from the same day!
Working at Head of Department level you will be the eyes and ears for your main stakeholder who is very busy and will love your ability to keep them updated on everything!
You will have an excellent eye for detail and be able to anticipate possible problems before they occur and if they do you will have solutions ready to spring into action.
Your diary management skills will be well practiced and showcase your brilliant anticipation skills and you will be an expert at managing emails for your stakeholder.
You will also be able to bring to your new team a passion for business development and an ability to manage WIP and the billing process with a proactive eye!
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wants to add value to their stakeholders!
Please note this role is 5 days per week in the office for the first 6 months and 4 days for the remainder of the contract.
