Are you an experienced Legal PA looking to join a growing US Law Firm who are known for their really friendly team!

I am working with a prestigious US law firm based close to Liverpool Street who are seeking an exceptional Legal PA to join their fast paced and internationally recognised Corporate team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting high-level Partners and senior fee earners at the very top of their field.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: £50-57,000

The role:

  • Providing Legal PA support to Partners and senior lawyers in the Corporate team
  • Diary and inbox management, arranging complex international travel, and client liaison
  • Preparing high-quality documents, presentations and reports
  • Assisting with billing, time recording and other administrative tasks to ensure the team runs smoothly
