A brand new role has arisen with a growing law firm. This is an ideal role for an individual who has experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support within a law firm or professional services environment and has proven experience of working alongside an outsource provider. In addition to managing the day-to-day relationship with the outsourced provider, you will provide initial first point of contact support, troubleshooting and advice for all internal clients/colleagues, as well as handling IT inductions and ad-hoc training for new joiners and existing staff. The role is a busy one.

Key responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Day-to-day Supplier management
  • Leading the Firm’s cyber risks awareness programme

The ideal candidate will be able to offer:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
  • Experience of working with an outsourced IT Managed Service provider.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - ability to build professional working relationships both internally and externally, across all levels.
  • Able to prioritise and escalate tasks and workloads to provide the best possible service to internal clients.
  • Experienced in the maintenance and negotiation of contracts with both new and existing third-party suppliers.

My client can offer hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office (flexibility will be required at times to assist with seat/floor moves, roll outs of new tech etc), as well as benefits that include season ticket loan and a great working culture.
