A brand new role has arisen with a growing law firm. This is an ideal role for an individual who has experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support within a law firm or professional services environment and has proven experience of working alongside an outsource provider. In addition to managing the day-to-day relationship with the outsourced provider, you will provide initial first point of contact support, troubleshooting and advice for all internal clients/colleagues, as well as handling IT inductions and ad-hoc training for new joiners and existing staff. The role is a busy one.
Key responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Day-to-day Supplier management
- Leading the Firm’s cyber risks awareness programme
- Budgetary input

The ideal candidate will be able to offer:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
- Experience of working with an outsourced IT Managed Service provider.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - ability to build professional working relationships both internally and externally, across all levels.
- Able to prioritise and escalate tasks and workloads to provide the best possible service to internal clients.
- Experienced in the maintenance and negotiation of contracts with both new and existing third-party suppliers.
