This role sits at the heart of senior decision-making. You’ll support complex partner processes including onboarding lateral partners, annual promotion cycles, appraisal and remuneration reviews, lifecycle changes and governance documentation.

You’ll liaise directly with senior leaders, manage sensitive data, coordinate high-level meetings and ensure seamless delivery of key annual programmes.

  • Previous HR Assistant with EA or an EA with a HR support experience within professional services
  • Exposure to partnership environments
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Absolute discretion and commercial awareness
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel essential)
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
