SC Soho Trading Ltd is opening Royale, a chef-led fried chicken restaurant in the heart of Soho, London, and seeks a General Manager to lead the opening. You will shape service standards, recruit and develop a cohesive team, and work closely with the Chef and leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will manage daily operations, drive 45-hour weeks, oversee training, and drive a culture of craft, flavour and culture as Royale grows.
