Royale is a chef-led fried chicken restaurant grounded in craft, flavour and culture. In partnership with Chef Brad McDonald, Royale blends Southern heritage with classical technique and global influence. Think comfort food but elevated.
We are looking for talented professional with a passion for exciting food. Our kitchen is creative, friendly and innovative. We want to develop and build on our cohesive team.
