SC Johnson Professional have an exciting opportunity for a Product and Compliance Trainer (NHS and Private Hospitals) to join the team! The successful candidate will reside within the designated geographical territory. This is a field-based role, covering the regions of the Home Counties: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Oxfordshire. Unrestricted travel within these areas is required, along with occasional overnight stays as necessary.

About the Product and Compliance Trainer Role:
Reporting to the Product and Compliance Training Manager, this role primarily focuses on delivering comprehensive training and support across all product categories and industry segments, guided by a structured training program. The scope of this role includes supporting the NHS and private hospitals, while also addressing the training needs across other industry segments.
Responsibilities as our Product and Compliance Trainer include:
- Provide training across all product categories, utilising a structured program with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation.
- Represent SC Johnson Professional at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
- Conduct detailed surveys and audits at key sites to ensure compliance and optimal product use.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver targeted support for key accounts including End Users and Distributors.
Experience you'll bring as our Product and Compliance Trainer:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control
- Recognised Training qualification and/or experience
