Function: EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) – Customer Fulfilment - Export

About the role:

Reporting to the Export Manager, this role will be to provide a professional service to internal customers and will be responsible for all aspects of administrative tasks for export order management. You will ensure that the company service level targets are met and manage compliance (Export Documentation).

About the Team/Department:

The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full to our customers (retailers). The Export team specifically deals with order management for countries that are supplied through our distributor model.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all aspects of admin tasks for Export Markets, looking after loading plans, sales orders in the system, export shipments and documentation, liaising with stakeholders (transportation, sources etc.) to ensure timely processing of orders/shipments.
  • Work with other members of the CF Export Team and lead to provide outstanding service to all distributors within a specific region.
  • Accountable for maximising SCJ Value fill level in line with departmental targets.
  • Professionally manage stock allocations, liaise with Supply FG, Logistics, LSPs, Sources, and communicate with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders through local Sales interfaces and processing of orders following Loading Plans, rework of orders based on container splits and all documentation related.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Fluency in English both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in an Import & Export Customer Services environment, ideally including order management and import/export documentation as well as Supply.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Data/order entry experience.
  • Fluency in French would be an advantage.
