About the Role:
Join our team as a Product Development Associate. You'll play a key role in contributing to the development and delivery of new product lines, as well as enhancing existing products. In this role, you will work as part of a project team to provide objective, quality data to support decision making during the development of skin, surface, and floor cleaning products.
Responsibilities:
- Plan product claims and validation requirements
- Perform product testing to validate new products
- Analyse data and clearly articulate test conclusions to stakeholders
Experience you’ll bring:
- Able to perform measurements accurately and follow a written protocol
- Previous laboratory experience (desirable)
- A level qualification
Behaviors you’ll need:
- An attitude of accountability and responsibility
- Able to follow tasks through to completion
- Strong time management and organisational skills
Please Note: This role is based in the UK, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role. You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during the 90 days. After this, the arrangement will transition to 4 days in the office and one day working from home each week.
