About the Treasury Analyst roleIn this role you will provide high quality customer focused treasury services to a global client base. This is a key role in the small treasury team, requiring a strong team player who enjoys working within an empowered environment. If you have trading experience and / or have worked with Exchange control regulations this could be a role for you.
About the Team/DepartmentThe Treasury function consists of 2 teams covering the Front and Back office to allow for segregation of duties (SOD).

Key responsibilities of our Treasury Analyst: Cash ManagementDaily preparation of Cash positions for EMEADaily variance analysis and commentaryManagement of funding requirements – to ensure appropriate level of cash is maintained in each bank account, balancing operating cash requirements vs. Idle Cash targets, safeguards against overdraft incidents, arranging Loans with relationship banksExecuting trades with authorized counterparties; ensure executed trades are compliant with relevant Treasury policies, with established internal controls and with country / government regulationsFX ManagementPrepare Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) for cash and liquidity planning; improve forecast reliability by regularly monitoring actuals vs. forecastMonthly FX Flow Reporting incl. variance analysis and commentaryMonitor the level of FX gains and lossesProvide support to the region for the provision of forecastsBank account management: Daily review of Bank statements and reconciliationMonthly review of bank charges and consolidationBank account rationalisationOther: Business partnering with SSC and local teamsQuery resolutionCover for Treasury Team MembersAudit and SOAR process complianceWhat we're looking for in our Treasury Analyst: Experience you'll bring: Treasury experience is preferred but not essential ideally across EMEA countries, including FX TradingWorking knowledge of banking systems / trading platforms preferred but not essentialIntermediate to Advanced Excel user and knowledge of SAP is an advantageFocus on delivery and be able to work accurately and decisively under pressure to meet tight deadlinesLean process improvement mindsetBehaviours you'll need: Strong team player with a desire to provide high quality customer serviceDemonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to all levelsAct with integrity and confidentialityOwnership and accountabilitySelf-starter with strong ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are metGood organization and planning skills with good attention to detailInclusion & DiversityWe're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
